Whether you're facing a bad hair day, covering your head for spiritual reasons, or dealing with hair loss, our Crowns are perfect for everyday wear.

We offer three possible sizes for our crowns: Regular, Petite, and Large. The difference lies in the head circumference and the size of the cap.

Regular is the standard size that fits most people. Even if you have short hair, you can easily adjust the cap. However, if your head circumference is less than 56cm, it's better to choose Petite, which has a slightly smaller cap depth.

Large size is designed for those with locs or a rounder head shape. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact us via email or live chat.

By choosing to use only end-of-stock fabrics, we create each crown uniquely while being environmentally friendly, reducing waste, lowering resource consumption, and focusing on sustainability and quality.

Care Instructions for Your Crown

1. Reverse the Lining
Before washing, reverse the lining to the outside to protect the delicate shell fabric.

2. Washing Instructions
- Separate Colors: Wash separately to prevent color bleeding.
- Machine Wash: Use a short cycle with gentle spin at 30°C (68°F).
- Mild Detergent: Use a detergent suitable for delicate fabrics.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use bleach. Spot clean small stains with a soft cloth and mild detergent.

3. Air Drying

4. Steaming and Ironing
- Steaming: Steam to remove wrinkles.

5. Enjoy with Love

Wear your Crowns with love and confidence, ensuring they remain a cherished accessory in your wardrobe.

Yes, it is highly recommended. The bonnet's lining is made from the highest quality satin, providing excellent protection against hair dryness and scalp itchiness.

However, satin is not as breathable as silk. If you are sensitive to heat, the Crown might not be ideal for you. If you find the satin too warm, consider wearing it during cooler parts of the day or trying out different styling options to ensure your comfort.

Absolutely, you can! The Crown starts with a satin bonnet, and you simply wrap the matching band on top. It provides the same protection as a regular satin bonnet, but with the added benefit of its shape, which ensures it stays securely on your head all night long.

It’s true that the price of a Crown might seem out of reach for some. But the good news is that the Crown is an accessory you can use at any time of the day or in any stage of life.

At night, you can sleep with your bonnet lined with luxurious satin, which will stay on your head all night thanks to its unique shape! On days when your hair isn't cooperating, your Crown will be your best friend. It’s also a great aid for transitioning back to natural hair if you've been using relaxers, as the satin retains all the moisture in your hair and prevents further breakage. For those experiencing hair loss due to emotional stress, pregnancy, an autoimmune disease, or medical treatment, the Crown will boost your confidence with its naturally voluminous shape, even when you’re only wearing the bonnet.

In conclusion, you don’t just buy a Crown; you gift yourself one because it’s a long-term investment.

Some individuals may hesitate to wear headwraps to work due to concerns about professionalism and acceptance.

Here is few tips to wear your Crown proudly at work:

1. Solid colors or subtle patterns can be versatile and pair well with various work ensembles. It's advisable to avoid overly flashy or distracting designs that might draw excessive attention.

2. To maintain a professional look, ensure your headwrap is neatly tied or wrapped. Experiment with different styles, such as a turban, a classic wrap, or a bun cover, depending on your preference and hair length.

3. Create a cohesive and put-together look by coordinating your headwrap with your outfit. Matching or complementing your Crown to your clothing can enhance your overall appearance and demonstrate your attention to detail.

4. One of the most crucial aspects of wearing a headwrap proudly at work is confidence. Embrace your cultural heritage and personal style with pride. Recognize that your headwrap is an expression of your identity and that it adds uniqueness and beauty to your professional image. When you wear your Crown confidently, others are more likely to appreciate and respect your choice.

5. Wearing your Crown at work provides an opportunity to educate and engage in meaningful conversations about culture, diversity, fashion and even mental health. If someone expresses curiosity or asks respectful questions, be open to sharing the significance of your Crown. By fostering dialogue, you can create a more inclusive and understanding work environment.

Absolutely! The Crown can be used as a hijab cap.

The bonnet's flat shape at the front ensures a comfortable fit under a hijab, providing a smooth and seamless look. Additionally, the carefully selected shell fabric helps prevent slippage, ensuring your hijab stays securely in place throughout the day.

In countries where wearing a hijab can be stigmatized, like in France, the Crown can serve as an alternative. It allows you to maintain modesty and comfort while avoiding potential discrimination, offering a stylish and practical solution.

We believe that the Crown is not about culture; it's about providing hair protection in a fashionable and functional way. Every woman has her unique reasons for wearing the Crown, and it is meant to be enjoyed by anyone who finds it beneficial.

If anyone raises concerns about cultural appropriation, they may not fully understand the inclusive nature and purpose of the Crown from Malka London.
